Our Projects
Building What Matters
“Every project we lead reflects our belief: Structure creates freedom. Grandcrest is not here to compete — we’re here to build legacy.”
At Grandcrest Holdings LLC, our projects are more than plans — they’re solutions in motion.
Each initiative is carefully designed to align with real funding pathways, meet urgent community needs, and scale sustainably. From affordable housing to reentry programs and solar readiness, we build with intention, strategy, and structure.

🔹 Utopia Project: 🏠Affordable Housing Framework
Status: Phase 1 Planning & Funding Alignment
We’re laying the groundwork for a multi-phase affordable housing community that blends tiny homes, support services, and job readiness into one scalable model. Designed in alignment with CDBG, CalHFA, and local zoning strategies, this project focuses on long-term stability and community-led design in San Bernardino County.

🔹 SecureScan Public Safety Expansion
Status: Service Launch: Live Scan Certification In Progress
Our compliance and identity verification service is expanding to support reentry programs, school vendor clearance, and public safety hiring. Through Live Scan fingerprinting, SecureScan will serve both public sector contracts and community access initiatives across California.

🔹 GreenWorks Solar Readiness Pilot
Status: Program Development & Partner Outreach
A pilot under our GreenWorks DBA, this initiative prepares low-to-moderate income neighborhoods for solar adoption and energy equity. We offer bilingual education, energy audits, and partnership support — aligned with CalGEM, DOE, and state-level clean energy initiatives.

🔹📈 Business Ready Infrastructure Program
Status: Active – Accepting Clients
Through Grandcrest Business Solutions, this program prepares solopreneurs, startups, and small businesses to become grant and contract ready. From business structuring to backend systems and capability statements, we help founders align with SBA, GoBiz, and local economic development programs.

🔹👨🏾🔧 Community Reentry & Workforce Pathways
Status: Pilot Launch Q3 2025
Led by Imani Clarke, this initiative supports formerly incarcerated and justice-impacted individuals through workforce training, digital skill-building, and compliance coaching. We integrate reentry services with funding pathways to reduce recidivism and increase economic mobility.

🔹 Digital Systems & Access Equity (Coming Soon)
Status: Scoping & Platform Buildout
Headed by Mateo Alvarez, this project focuses on closing the digital divide through access, design, and smart systems. From CRM setups to public access kiosks, we’re building digital infrastructure that supports real community transformation — not just connectivity.
