Cancellation Policy

All Grandcrest sessions are conducted virtually via Google Meet or phone call. Please be sure to select your preferred method during booking and ensure your contact info is accurate. To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee to respect our team’s availability and the demand for sessions. A valid card may be required to secure your time, even for free consultations. No charges will apply unless the appointment is missed or canceled outside the policy window.
